carrot cake overnight oats
Serves 1
  • 40g grated carrot
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 50g oats
  • 1 tbps sultanas
  • 150ml water or milk of your preference
  • Handful of walnuts
  • 1 tbps Probio7 Life Yogurt
  • Add the oats, mixed spices, cinnamon, oats and water/milk into a jar.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Leave in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with yogurt and walnuts
Top tip – use an old nut butter or jam jar to make your oats
