How to make cheese

We recommend using our UHT Jersey milk to make soft cheese in our Probio7 Life machine. You will also need lemon juice and salt. The amount lemon juice will affect the hardness of the cheese. Add no more than 1.5g of salt. To learn more about the benefits of Jersey milk, click the button below.

  • Add 1 litre Jersey UHT milk and 30ml-40ml lemon juice to a bowl and mix well. Transfer the mixture to your ceramic pots
  • Add 400ml of water to the yogurt maker, add in the pots with the prepared ingredients. Add the lids to your pots and then close the lid of the machine
  • Select the cheese function on the machine and press confirm. Your mixture will ferment for 6 hours
  • Strain the whey in the fridge for about 6 hours, using the strainer provided
