Easy to swallow capsules that come in two phases. The blister packs are clearly marked Phase 1 and Phase 2 and each phase contains different amounts of live flora. They are particularly useful for people on antibiotics but would be good for anyone needing to rebalance their gut flora. I always find capsules easier to swallow than tablets and I feel that these are best taken at supper time so that they have a longer chance to stay in your system and don't get flushed away with anything you drink during the day.

Probio7 Restore is a 30-day programme made up of two phases:
1. Phase 1 (the first 15 days) is taken be taken during your antibiotic to replenish your gut microbiome with good bacteria.
2. Phase 2 (the remaining 15 days) is to be taken after your antibiotics have finished to help return your gut microbiome to its former state.
- For best results, start Probio7 Restore the same day as your antibiotic course starts and continue for 2 weeks after.
- Take one capsule with a meal 2-4 hours after you have taken your antibiotic, the capsules can either be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or drink.
