This refreshing dip is the perfect addition to your mezze board
- 1/2 cucumber
- 170g Probio7 Life Yogurt
- 1 clove garlic
- A handful of fresh mint leaves stalks removed
- Grate the cucumber and place on a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and allow to sit for 10 minutes for the liquid to be drawn out.
- After 10 minutes, dab gently to remove excess liquid.
- Finely chop the garlic and mint
- Add the cucumber, mint, garlic and yogurt to a bowl and mix well
- Serve and enjoy
