Tzatziki Dip

This refreshing dip is the perfect addition to your mezze board

Serves 4


  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 170g Probio7 Life Yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • A handful of fresh mint leaves stalks removed


  • Grate the cucumber and place on a paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and allow to sit for 10 minutes for the liquid to be drawn out.
  • After 10 minutes, dab gently to remove excess liquid.
  • Finely chop the garlic and mint
  • Add the cucumber, mint, garlic and yogurt to a bowl and mix well
  • Serve and enjoy
